  • 8 bags Doritos Nacho Cheese
  • 8 bags Fritos Original
  • Shredded Chicken slow-cooked with salsa
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Romaine lettuce shredded
  • Roma tomatoes diced
  • Green onions diced
  • Mild salsa
  • "Bloody" Salsa vibrant red salsa with a kick
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole "Witch's Brew" (with a touch of green food coloring)
  • Freshly sliced jalapeños
  • Sliced black olives
  • Freshly chopped cilantro
  • Food-safe, edible googly eyes optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slow-cook shredded chicken with salsa until tender and flavorful, then keep it warm in a slow cooker.
  • Dice Roma tomatoes and green onions, shred romaine lettuce, and slice jalapeños and black olives.
  • Shred both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  • Prepare "Witch's Brew" Guacamole by adding green food coloring to regular guacamole, and have mild and "Bloody" salsas ready.

Assembly

  • Arrange individual chip bags (Doritos Nacho Cheese and Fritos Original), opened lengthwise, as the starting point of your serving line.
  • Place the warm shredded chicken in a slow cooker next to the chip bases.
  • Arrange all cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, black olives, and cilantro in separate bowls.
  • Set out and clearly label the mild salsa, "Bloody" Salsa, sour cream, and "Witch's Brew" Guacamole.
  • Optionally, offer edible googly eyes for a spooky touch.

Serving

  • Instruct guests to gently crush chips in their bag, open the top, then add chicken, desired toppings, and sauces.
  • Provide small forks for guests to mix and eat directly from their bags.
