  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

Layering

  • Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  • Layer with half of the mixed berries.
  • Sprinkle with half of the granola.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill.

Notes

For extra crunch, toast your granola lightly before assembling. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
