  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Optional Garnish

  • Diced red onion or pickled jalapeños

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shredded cooked chicken and BBQ sauce to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken, and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Assembly

  • Remove the skillet from heat, stir in ranch dressing and smoked gouda cheese until the cheese is just melted and combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, add optional red onion or jalapeños, then fold in the sides and roll up securely.

Finishing (Optional)

  • For an extra layer of flavor and texture, toast the finished wraps in a dry, hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly golden, then serve warm.
