  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic butter and toss to coat thoroughly.
  • Gradually add reserved pasta water, tossing vigorously, until a glossy, silky sauce forms.
  • Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then taste and adjust as needed before serving immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese at the end or a pinch of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
