Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets skin on or off, divided into 4-ounce portions
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch Asparagus spears trimmed
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes halved

Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill optional
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 Lemon thinly sliced for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Combine & Season Vegetables

  • On the prepared baking sheet, combine broccoli florets, asparagus spears, and halved cherry tomatoes; drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the vegetables, then toss to coat evenly and spread in a single layer.

Prepare & Season Salmon

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them directly on the baking sheet among the vegetables.
  • Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon and season generously with salt and pepper, adding dried dill if desired.

Bake & Serve

  • Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with fresh lemon slices, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the salmon and vegetables before serving.
