Roasted Cranberry & Brie Bites

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed, all-butter recommended
  • 4-6 oz Brie Cheese small wheel, rind on, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pecans chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly flour a work surface, roll out puff pastry, and cut into 2-inch squares.

Assembly

  • In a small bowl, combine cranberries, orange zest, maple syrup, and chopped rosemary.
  • Press each pastry square into a mini muffin tin. Place a Brie cube in the center and top with the cranberry mixture.

Baking & Serving

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed, and Brie is melted.
  • Garnish with chopped pecans, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use a good quality all-butter puff pastry. These bites are excellent served warm, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. Feel free to experiment with other herbs like thyme instead of rosemary.
