  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat, your preference
  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries or sliced banana
  • ¼ cup granola store-bought or your favorite homemade batch
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • chia seeds or chopped nuts optional, for extra crunch/nutrition

For the 5-Minute Savory Egg & Avocado Toast

  • 1 large egg
  • slice of your favorite bread
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • olive oil or butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes or everything bagel seasoning optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

For the Speedy Yogurt Parfait

  • If using strawberries, rinse and slice them; otherwise, rinse other berries.
  • Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a bowl or tall glass.
  • Top the yogurt with half of your chosen fruit and half of the granola.
  • Add the remaining yogurt, then the rest of the fruit and granola.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for sweetness, if desired.
  • Garnish with chia seeds or nuts for extra goodness and enjoy immediately.

For the 5-Minute Savory Egg & Avocado Toast

  • Place your bread into the toaster.
  • While bread toasts, heat a non-stick pan with olive oil or butter over medium heat. Crack in the egg and cook to your preference (1-4 minutes).
  • While egg cooks and bread toasts, mash avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
  • Carefully slide the cooked egg on top of the avocado toast.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes or everything bagel seasoning, then serve immediately.
