  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons granola optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a small bowl and stir well.
  • If using frozen berries, microwave them for 30-60 seconds to soften slightly.

Assembly

  • Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into a serving glass or bowl, then top with half of the berries.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt and berries.
  • Gently swirl the berries into the yogurt using a spoon or knife to create a marbled effect.

Serving

  • Optionally, sprinkle with granola and ground cinnamon before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, toast the granola lightly before adding. You can substitute any berries you prefer, such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. Adjust honey or maple syrup to your desired sweetness. This can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 4 hours, but for best results, add granola just before serving to maintain its crunch.
