Preparation
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to make removal easier.
Combine white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, then stir in peppermint extract.
Assembly
Pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, then immediately sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
