Instructions

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C), placing a wire rack inside a baking sheet if available.
  • Arrange the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown and gooey, watching carefully to prevent bursting.

Preparation

  • While baking, melt butter in a small microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, then stir in garlic powder.
  • In a separate saucepan, combine marinara sauce, oregano, and red pepper flakes, heating gently over low heat until warm.

Finishing and Serving

  • After baking, transfer mozzarella sticks to a heat-safe plate and immediately brush with melted garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered sticks.
  • Let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving hot with the warm Speedy Marinara for dipping.

Notes

For best results, use a wire rack to ensure even crisping of the mozzarella sticks. Adjust red pepper flakes in the marinara for desired heat level.
