  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, oregano, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.

Baking

  • Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables and olives.
