  • 1 large Lemons
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 bunch Asparagus

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a crispier finish.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place the salmon on the baking sheet and spoon the herb mixture evenly over each fillet.
  • Toss the asparagus with another tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper on the same baking sheet, then spread it in a single layer around the salmon.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-18 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.

Serving

  • Garnish the baked salmon and asparagus with fresh lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the salmon in the lemon-herb mixture for 15-30 minutes before baking. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets; thinner fillets will cook faster.
