Flatbread

  • 1 pre-made thin-crust flatbread or pizza crust

Toppings

  • 4-6 ounces brie cheese rind on, thinly sliced or cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
  • Lightly brush the flatbread or pizza crust with olive oil to enhance crispiness.

Assemble & Bake

  • Evenly distribute the sliced brie cheese over the oiled flatbread, leaving a small border.
  • Scatter the cranberries over the brie, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary if desired.
  • Carefully transfer the flatbread to the preheated oven or pizza stone.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and crispy, and the brie is melted and bubbly.

Finish & Serve

  • Remove the flatbread from the oven and drizzle with honey or maple syrup and a pinch of black pepper, if desired.
  • Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the flatbread lightly before adding toppings. Adjust baking time based on desired crispiness and cheese melt. Enjoy warm as an appetizer or light meal.
