  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken pieces dry.
  • Season both sides of the chicken generously with salt and pepper.

Garlic Parmesan Mixture

  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix until a thick paste forms.

Coat and Bake

  • Place the seasoned chicken on a lined baking sheet.
  • Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over each chicken piece.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden.

Notes
