  • 1 lb Ground Turkey 93/7 or 90/10 recommended
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked or sweet
  • ½ tsp Dried Italian Seasoning or oregano/basil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper Optional: A pinch of cayenne pepper for a little kick!

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine ground turkey, olive oil, and all seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Gently mix ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Press the seasoned turkey evenly into a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and break the turkey into crumbles, stirring to coat with pan drippings. Serve immediately.
