  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • salt optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth, or use a double boiler.
  • Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired, and fold in the dried cranberries until well distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly with a spatula, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm; use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out and slice into 1-inch squares.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate as it significantly impacts the fudge's texture and flavor. Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
