  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on or skin-off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked)

Preparation

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.

Seasoning

  • Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl; sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes, if applicable. Place seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily.

Serving

  • Remove salmon, let rest for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with fresh dill or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
