  • 2 Lemons fresh (for zest and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

Make the Lemon-Herb Mixture

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.

Bake the Salmon
