  • Grab an oven-safe skillet (like a 9-10 inch cast iron skillet) or a small baking dish.
  • Spread the chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of your skillet or baking dish.
  • Arrange the large marshmallows in a single layer over the chocolate chips, packing them tightly.

Baking

  • Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-12 minutes until marshmallows are puffed, golden brown, and slightly caramelized. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
  • Carefully remove from the oven and serve hot with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

Keep a close eye on the marshmallows while baking, as they can burn quickly. For an extra decadent touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the finished dip.
