  • 1 slice ham or turkey diced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend
  • Salt to taste

Yogurt & Berry Power Bowl

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup mixed fresh or frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • honey or maple syrup optional

Speedy Peanut Butter Banana Toast

  • 2 slices bread your favourite bread (whole wheat, sourdough, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ medium banana sliced
  • cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

Microwave Egg & Cheese Mug Muffin

  • Crack the egg into a microwave-safe mug, then add milk, diced ham (if using), cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk everything vigorously until well combined and frothy, then microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the egg is set.
  • Carefully remove the hot mug from the microwave and enjoy directly or slide onto a plate.

Yogurt & Berry Power Bowl

  • Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl, then generously top with mixed berries.
  • Sprinkle granola, chia/flax seeds, and optionally drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  • Serve immediately.

Speedy Peanut Butter Banana Toast

  • Toast your bread to desired crispness, then spread an even layer of peanut butter on each slice.
