  • 1 cup cooked breakfast meat crumbled or chopped (sausage, bacon, or ham)
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions lightly sautéed
  • 0.5 cup chopped bell peppers lightly sautéed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • garlic powder Pinch

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Spread the cooked breakfast meat, then the sautéed onions and bell peppers, evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Assembly
