  • 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning mix (or 2-3 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, then combine the ranch seasoning and olive oil in a small bowl and rub this mixture all over the chicken.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the ranch seasoning and olive oil mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before baking.
