  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken breast (or 2 (10-ounce) cans, drained and shredded)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (Frank's RedHot recommended)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for mixing in)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Extra shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (for topping)

For Dipping

  • Celery sticks

  • pita bread (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish or similar oven-safe dish.

Making the Dip

  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Fold in shredded chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, half of the chopped green onions, and all of the crumbled blue cheese.
  • Spoon the dip mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

Baking and Serving

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly, with melted and slightly golden cheese on top; broil briefly for extra browning if desired.
  • Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving, then garnish with the remaining fresh green onions.
  • Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, sturdy tortilla chips, or pita bread.

Notes

This dip is best served warm directly from the oven. Offer a diverse selection of dippers to cater to different preferences.
