  • air fryer

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package shelf-stable potato gnocchi 17.6 oz
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs or oregano, basil, parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnishes

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh basil for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • If your air fryer has a preheat function, preheat it to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in your air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Transfer the crispy gnocchi to a serving dish. If desired, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving immediately.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to ensure uniform crispiness.
