  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets skin-on, 4-6 oz portions
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy clean-up.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter and stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried dill.
  • Place salmon on the baking sheet and spoon about half of the garlic butter mixture over each fillet.
  • Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove salmon from the oven, drizzle with the remaining garlic butter mixture, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh salmon. Adjust baking time based on the thickness of your salmon portions. A meat thermometer is recommended to ensure proper cooking.
