  • 1/2 cup Kimchi sautéed
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang to taste
  • 1/4 cup Water or broth
  • 1 American cheese or mozzarella slice

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

  • Rehydrate the spicy potato noodles according to the package directions.
  • Sauté the kimchi in a pan over medium heat until it softens, which should take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the rehydrated noodles to the pan with the sautéed kimchi.
  • Stir in the gochujang and water or broth, tossing the noodles until they are well-coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Place a slice of cheese over the noodles and cover the pan briefly until the cheese is melted and gooey.
  • Serve immediately, garnishing with a fried egg and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Adjust the amount of gochujang to your preferred spice level. For a richer flavor, use broth instead of water.
