  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • hard-boiled egg sliced or whole
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dip optional

Preparation

  • Prepare your bento-style lunchbox with multiple compartments.
  • Place hummus in one compartment and pita bread triangles in a separate compartment.
  • Add cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, olives, and red bell pepper strips to another compartment.
  • Place crumbled feta cheese in a small silicone cup or directly into a compartment.
  • Add the hard-boiled egg to a free compartment.
  • If using, include ranch dip in a small, leak-proof container in one compartment.
  • Ensure all compartments are securely closed and pack with an ice pack to maintain freshness.
