  • 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef, pork, turkey, or a combination – your choice!)
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, or have a skillet ready for pan-frying.
  • In a large bowl, gently combine the ground meat and dry onion soup mix, being careful not to overmix to keep the meatballs tender.
  • Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Cooking

  • Baking Method: Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and nicely browned.
  • Pan-Frying Method: Heat a little oil in a large skillet, then cook the meatballs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove the meatballs from the oven or skillet and serve them hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a dash of garlic powder or black pepper to the meat mixture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, BBQ sauce, or a spicy aioli.
