Ingredients

1 cup warm water

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp raw honey

Optional: pinch of Ceylon cinnamon or pink Himalayan salt


Instructions

1. Warm the water without boiling it.

2. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
