Description

Brazilian Monjaro is a natural weight loss drink made with just three ingredients apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. It’s simple to make and great for digestion and metabolism.


Ingredients

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/4 tsp grated ginger

1 cup warm water


Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a glass of warm water. Stir well until fully dissolved. Drink in the morning or before meals. Use once daily for best results.

Notes

If you’re sensitive to acidity, try with food. Avoid exceeding one serving per day. Use organic, unfiltered ACV for best results.
