Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup warm water
Instructions
Add the apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm (not hot) water. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon. Add a pinch (about 1/8 teaspoon) of cayenne pepper. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
